Ryder System, Inc. in Etna, Ohio is hiring a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate. The role involves forklift operation, picking, packing, shipping and receiving in a safe, well-organized facility. You will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule with weekly pay and access to benefits, training, PTO after 30 days, and a company match 401(k).

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required. Prior warehouse or powered industrial truck experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Able to lift/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Maintain accuracy in tote induction, staging and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Adhere to performance measure guidelines of the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
