Job description

Title: Forklift Operator

Shift: 1st shift 7:30am-3:30pm or 2nd shift 3:30pm to 11:30pm

Compensation: $18.50 - $21.40

Essential Accountabilities:

The Forklift/Material Handler position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing lines, and pulling orders when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent, and safety-conscious environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to operate a forklift, work in a team environment, work without direct supervision, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good math and writing skills are a must.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and squatting
• Frequent walking and reaching
• Constant twisting, sitting, grasping, arm and wrist movement, and on and off forklift
