Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for its Industrial Parkway facility in Elkhart, IN. You will safely operate a forklift, receive goods, and prepare shipments while maintaining accurate packing lists and inventory records.

Requirements include 18+, a HS diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays. Proficiency with RF scanners, D365, and Windows is a plus. Join a team committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to operate RF scanning device and computer.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Knowledge of the D365 system and Windows applications is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours; lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move and stack materials.
• Receive products and verify against packing lists; record discrepancies.
• Remove shipped items from vehicles and store them safely.
• Pull items for orders and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
