Job summary

Lone Star Bakery, Inc. in China Grove, TX is hiring a Material Handler for a 7:00am-6:00pm shift to support production and warehousing operations.

The role requires safe operation of forklifts and other equipment, adherence to GMP and OSHA standards, and teamwork to meet daily goals. Duties include loading/unloading, inspecting goods, maintaining clean work areas, cycle counting, and training teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and write English with basic math.
• Knowledge of barcoding system.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other warehousing equipment.
• Loads, unloads, inspects, and transfers goods within production areas.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment; follows GMP and OSHA standards.
• Trains employees and shares best practices as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
