Job summary

Watsontown Brick, a trusted brand within General Shale, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production operations at our Pennsylvania facility. You will safely move, stage, and ship materials while contributing to inventory accuracy and workplace safety.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts up to 14,000 lbs, performing daily inspections, documenting shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (up to 14,000 lbs) to transport and stack materials
• Support production and shipping by moving product as needed
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Ensure product quality during handling and shipment
• Accurately document shipped materials for inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and work overtime as required
