Job summary
Kelly Services in the Greater Charlotte Area is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers for opportunities across our warehouse network. The role supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment, requiring recent experience with powered industrial equipment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be able to operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers, and be available for first
Qualifications
- Recent experience operating one or more types of powered industrial equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Availability for first-shift schedules beginning between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime when required.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming products
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Move and store materials throughout the warehouse
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity procedures
