Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Ames, IA is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm). Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift (required).
• Operate pushcarts to pick parts and deliver materials to production areas; pack and move parcels.
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SRP ERP to support daily operations.
• Read, interpret, and follow safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Perform mathematical calculations and interpret data for accurate material handling.
• Demonstrate a strong quality mindset and support lean improvements for timely delivery.
