Job summary

6AM City, LLC in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Forklift Operator - Reach for a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical packaging warehouse. You will safely operate forklifts to move materials, load/unload trucks, and help with inventory control using WMS.

This on-site role is 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:15 PM) with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. You’ll perform inspections, maintain safety, and assist with packing and general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Able to work in moderate to high noise levels.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products, pallets, and materials.
• Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas as directed.
• Stack and organize pallets in designated storage locations, ensuring stability and accuracy.
• Follow warehouse layout procedures to maintain proper inventory flow.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, including batteries, forks, tires, and safety features.
• Report damage to products, pallets, racking, or equipment immediately.
• Assist with inventory control, including counting, labeling, and stock verification.
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures and weight restrictions.
• Utilize scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to GMP and warehouse safety standards.
• Support general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and organizing materials when not operating a forklift.
