Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in Jackson Center, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to move materials between warehouse and production areas, ensuring accurate inventory using RF scanners.

You will load finished goods for shipping and contribute to safety and efficiency on 12-hour rotating shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of forklift experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a team.

As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you safely & efficiently move & store raw materials & finished goods between the warehouse & production areas. You Will

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials & finished goods between the warehouse & production areas

You Have

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of forklift experience. This can be through work experience &/or education & training
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 70 lbs. with a team lift, with or without a reasonable accommodation

You’ll Earn

• $17.75/hour & up, based on experience
• Night shift includes a shift differential of $1.50/hr
