Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a skilled forklift operator to support daily production at our Las Vegas, NV facility. The role requires operating forklifts and scan guns, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with material flow across departments.

Qualifications

Forklift operator with at least 3 years experience preferred.
Able to operate stand-up reach lift and scan gun.
Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
Experience with operator level troubleshooting, refueling and maintenance of general-purpose lift trucks.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and complete reports.
Good communication to coordinate material flow.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Keep racks stocked for line.
Take out skids.
General labor in and outside the plant.
Maintain knowledge of all areas and stations of the department.
Bring correct pallets of parts from other areas when needed in assembly departments.
Work under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures.
Assign and direct workers to meet production volume, cost, and quality targets.
Ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
Maintain focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Collaborate with team to resolve production issues promptly.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
