Responsibilities

• Keep racks stocked for line.
• Take out skids.
• General labor in and outside the plant.
• Operate under direct supervision of the Department Supervisor and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assign and direct workers to meet production volume, cost, and quality targets.
• Ensure timely production and delivery, monitor metrics, and implement improvements.
