Job Description

The CSC Associate’s primary responsibilities include processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing the warehouse.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Observe and follow safety rules, including wearing PPE, and operate equipment proficiently.
  2. Prepare orders by pulling materials, checking for accuracy, packing boxes, and organizing delivery areas.
  3. Operate forklift after certification (company provides training).
  4. Load/unload containers and trucks, check materials, and report discrepancies.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment, organize warehouse, and perform housekeeping.
  6. Comply with OSHA and safety regulations, wear safety equipment.
  7. Perform cycle count inventory.
  8. Cross-train for Shipper/Receiver duties: print receipts, prepare shipping labels, check received goods, route materials, maintain records, and process shipments.
  9. Perform Cutter/Slitter duties: set up and operate cutting machines, assist with maintenance, unload shipping containers, and maintain safety standards.
  10. Maintain attendance and follow company policies.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce preferred; on-the-job training provided.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Training/certification on powered industrial trucks (company provides).
  • Understanding of stock locator systems.
