Base pay range

$41,600.00/yr - $41,600.00/yr

Summary

The CSC Associate’s primary responsibilities include processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing the warehouse.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE. Complete work efficiently based on time studies and operate necessary equipment proficiently.
  • Prepare orders by pulling materials, checking for accuracy, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Operate forklift after certification (company provides certification).
  • Load/unload containers and trucks, check materials, report discrepancies, and organize stock.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including organizing the warehouse and daily housekeeping.
  • Comply with OSHA and safety regulations, wear safety equipment at all times.
  • Perform cycle count inventory.
  • Cross-train for Shipper/Receiver duties: handle shipping labels, check received goods, route materials, maintain records, and process orders with various shipping carriers.
  • Cross-train for Cutter/Slitter duties: set up and operate cutting machines, assist with machine maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain regular attendance and follow company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce preferred, with on-the-job training provided
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math skills
  • Training/certification on powered industrial trucks (company provides)
  • Experience with banding or shrink wrap machines is a plus
  • Understanding of stock locator systems
