Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring for a Material Handler at Metalcraft in Fall River, WI. The role supports warehouse operations, moves materials, and uses forklifts to load/unload.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+, and the ability to read work orders; Lean manufacturing experience is a plus. Starting pay is $20/hr with a $2/hr shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus an extensive benefits package and 11 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior forklift, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience moving large/heavy materials is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Occasionally operate industrial trucks/forklifts or electric hoists.
• Read and understand paper and digital work orders.
• Complete visual and hands-on quality inspections.
• Report defective materials to a supervisor.
