Join to apply for the Forklift Operator - Lake Club Marina role at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Safely removing boats from dry storage using forklifts, following training guidelines.
  2. Handling customer service and launch requests promptly via radio or phone.
  3. Completing daily tasks, adhering to safety policies, and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Assisting with repairs and maintenance to ensure member satisfaction.
  5. Relieving other staff roles as needed, such as mechanic, dockhand, or shop clerk.
  6. Performing daily forklift checks and reporting issues.
  7. Operating members’ boats and jet skis safely.
  8. Completing onsite forklift certification within the first year.
  9. Operating the POS system.
Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old with a valid GA driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to swim, lift up to 75 lbs, and maintain good vision and balance.
  • Ability to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather.
  • Experience in marina or forklift operations preferred; certification is a plus.
  • Ability to operate the POS system.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours/week, including weekends and holidays, with some overtime. Schedule set by Marina Supervisor.
