Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to operate material handling equipment for moving, loading, unloading, picking and counting merchandise per production standards. You will use ERP systems for inventory movements and adhere to SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, stocking merchandise, staging products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting physical inventories while complying with OSHA and MSDS standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Ability to use automated inventory control equipment as required.
• Ability to manually load/unload, lift/move equipment/product up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move product within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas
• Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products with forklift or power equipment
• Pull and prepare product for shipment or production ensuring correct quantity and type
• Keep records and reports for inventory accuracy
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Report quality variances to supervisor or materials manager
• Maintain equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly
• Assist in physical inventories
• Ensure proper stock rotation
• Follow ERP-based inventory movements per SOPs
• Follow all company policies including general manufacturing and safety practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
