Vertiv Corporation is seeking a reliable Packaging Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. You will move, store, and distribute materials within the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring materials are available where and when needed to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, can operate forklifts, and are comfortable with basic inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification a plus.
• Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Transport materials and components to and from workstations or storage areas using forklifts or similar equipment.
• Track material movement using scanners or inventory systems; report discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stocking materials in designated locations.
• Prepare materials or kits for production based on work orders or pick lists.
• Safely load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Communicate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure material flow.
• Track outbound shipments from preparation through shipment.
• Pack shipments following work instructions.
