Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver to keep products moving and ensure on-time delivery. You will load trailers, pull raw materials for production, and stock production areas for uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, using RF scanners, cycle counting, and maintaining safety standards. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.75/hour with $1.75/hour differential on 2nd/3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass forklift certificate.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency operating RF scanners and machinery.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or other hand truck.
• Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Pick, wrap and stage orders for shipment.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and equipment.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
• Consolidate partial pallets for inbound goods.
