Job summary

Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, seeks a Material Handler I to move products with forklifts and pallet jacks inside and outside, with exposure to temperature extremes. You will support inventory accuracy and collaborate across teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of forklift experience; familiarity with WMS/ERP is a plus. The position offers $21–$24 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secures trailers to docks and provides trailer information to the office.
• Moves product safely within the warehouse using electric forklifts and related equipment.
• Loads and unloads trailers, trucks and rail cars, ensuring no damage to product or assets.
• Performs inventory tracking and participates in audits.
• Follows safety procedures and internal protocols.
