The role requires 6+ months of forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with safety rules. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months powered industrial truck operation experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
• Adheres to safety rules and reports incidents promptly.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or vertical lift to load/unload finished goods to/from containers, trailers and racked locations.
• Use RF Scanner to document product movement for inventory accuracy.
• Review shipments prior to loading to meet customer expectations.
• Apply shipping labels and banding/packaging as required before loading.
• Assist with manual loading/unloading of trailers/containers.
• Notify management of damaged or mislabeled products or equipment.
• Conduct periodic warehouse inventory as needed.
• Maintain safety and security rules and report incidents.
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and good business judgment.
• Collaborate with Pride departments to exceed expectations.
• Keep work area clean and aisles clear.
• Pride retains discretion to modify duties as necessary.
