Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate equipment, replenish slot locations, and maintain a clean, orderly work area in Marana, AZ. The role requires forklift training completion before operating any forklift and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Your duties include reporting malfunctions, following lock out/tag out procedures, and using the Allpoints system to replenish pallets with proper stacking and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and replenish slot locations.
• Report malfunctions, safety issues, and accidents immediately.
• Obey lock out / tag out devices and safety signs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and correct fallen or misplaced stock.
• Replenish pallets using the Allpoints system; avoid double stacking.
• Rotate stock properly and report discrepancies promptly.
• Remove empty pallets and transport them to designated areas.
• Replace broken or tipped pallets as needed.
• Attend work reliably and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Safely operates assigned equipment and replenishes slot locations.

• Report all malfunctions on equipment, and safety issues and/or unsafe practices immediately.
• Must obey all signs and lock out / tag out devices.
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately.
• Must have successfully completed forklift training program before operating any forklift.
• Internal customer service. Communicates with Order Selectors to fill needed replenishments.
• Maintains a safe and functional work area (assigned aisles). This includes locating cases that have fallen, back into the proper slot, pulling of boards, removing of debris, processing damaged cases as set forth by current operational policy.
• Cuts shrink-wrap from replenished pallets of product and reports all spills.
• Replenishes slot locations using the directed task pool generated by the Allpoints inventory software system. Replenished pallets are to be single stacked in the slot, no double stacking.
• Recognizes proper rotation of stock and immediately reports discrepancies to a Supervisor or inventory control.
• Verifies bulk to be correct and expedites to dock door as specified by dock Captain or Supervisor.
• Removes empty pallets from pick slots, stacks, sorts and takes pallets to designated area.
• Replaces broken pallets, fix tipped pallets, when necessary through out warehouse.
• Comes to work prepared and reports to assigned work area in a timely manner.
• Comply with company policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the food service industry a plus.
