Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in West Branch, IA seeks immediate Forklift Operators for a warehouse role. Day (6AM–6PM) and Night (6PM–6AM) shifts pay $18/hour, with a $1 shift differential at night.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory, and safe handling of freight to support timely deliveries. Must have forklift experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety procedures, and use basic computer tools for documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Read, decode and follow freight coding.
• Read and understand safety and operational procedures.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort by size and destination.
• Label, weigh, and dimension freight.
• Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight.
• Inventory, rotation and inspection of warehouse freight.
• Complete required documentation.
• Operate equipment and promote a safe working environment.
• Pack units and build pallets to customer standards.
