Job summary

Westaff is seeking a Forklift Operator in the Lunenburg, MA area for an immediate start. The role involves preparing shipments, loading and unloading products, organizing inventory, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include safely operating forklifts and related equipment, loading/unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy while keeping the area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Role requires operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Experience with inventory control and order picking is preferred.
• Candidate should follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Move materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping needs
• Store and label products correctly
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Enter basic information into our computer system as needed
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Pitch in with other warehouse tasks as needed
