Stanley Black & Decker in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Forklift Operator II – Stocking to efficiently move products within the distribution center, perform counts, and load/unload trailers. You will operate lifts and follow ISO guidelines to maintain safety and accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and fluent English. Strong communication and RDT experience are preferred.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to transport products throughout the facility.

The Job:

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be part of our Fort Mill team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

• Perform RDT (Radio Data Transmitter) and physical counts of inventory.
• Perform root cause analysis where discrepancies are detected.
• Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards.
• Load and unload products from trailers
• Put way product in designated locations.
• Assist in other areas of the distribution center as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
