NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move, locate, and count merchandise within a warehouse setting. The role emphasizes safe operation of forklift equipment and may include order filling or checking to support productivity and accuracy.

The position requires spending a majority of time operating forklifts, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining inventory through RF scanning and routine counts. A base hourly rate is provided with potential shift-based increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience or experience with warehouse equipment.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes and documents pre-operation inspection forms.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments and transports products to storage locations.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies correct quantity and product type for loading and shipping.
• Performs order picking in an accurate, timely manner.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and security documentation.
