Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Forklift Operator II to safely move goods within a busy warehouse in Wisconsin. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, load/unload, and complete paperwork and inventory tasks to meet shipping and receiving demands.

Two years of forklift experience and a valid operator license are required or you must be able to obtain one. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain an inspection-ready facility.
