Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment, load and unload goods, and prepare shipments for distribution. You will move materials, stack items, and use scanners to print labels while maintaining inventory records.

A minimum of two years forklift experience, a valid license, and basic computer skills are required; high school diploma preferred. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform daily safety inspections and keep area inspection ready.
• Report incidents to supervisor and assist with housekeeping.
