Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, FL to safely operate powered industrial equipment and move products for shipping and receiving. The role requires a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one, plus basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory tasks, cycle counts, and daily safety inspections. The position supports SQFI and FDA requirements and may involve housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Ensure facility is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
