Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Forklift Operator II for our 1st shift. You will move, load, and unload assets using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling and accurate documentation in our SAP/CONA systems.

The role requires certification in forklift operation, switcher, and CDL where needed; you’ll work in a dynamic, temp-controlled environment with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation and safe material handling.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and complete documentation.
• Certification in forklift and switcher operation (CDL as required).
• Ability to work in high/low temperature environments and loud settings.

Responsibilities

• Move and position vending and cold drink equipment as requested.
• Secure outbound loads with wrapping and attach required documentation.
• Load/unload trailers to support deliveries and update SAP/CONA handhelds.
• Perform safety checks, housekeeping, and daily documentation review.
• Operate a switcher to maneuver 53' and pup trailers to the dock.
• Assist with staging equipment and yard maintenance.
