Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Sandston, VA is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move materials throughout the facility using forklift and pallet jack, and to load/unload assets as needed. You will follow SAP and CONA handhelds for accountability and adhere to safety SOPs.

This first-shift role runs 4:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with hourly pay between $19.84 and $20.84 and competitive benefits. Ideal candidates hold a Switcher operation certification, CDL where required, and bring

Qualifications

• Switcher operation certification required.
• CDL Class A may be required for some roles.
• Experience in logistics or distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move and load/unload assets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secure outbound loads with protective wrapping and attach required documentation (STO).
• Load trailers and coordinate with SAP/CONA handhelds for load accountability.
• Perform safety checks and housekeeping; ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with staging equipment, yard maintenance, and equipment movement.
• Operate a switcher for 53' and pup trailers as needed.
