Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Hookup Specialist to operate forklifts and move materials within our warehouse in Union City, GA. The role requires focus on safety, accurate data entry, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, 2+ years forklift experience, and current forklift certification. The position is on-site with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED equivalent (Preferred).
• 2+ years Experience in operating forklift (Required).

Responsibilities

• Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location.
• Able to operate lifting devices such as lift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch.
• Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
• Perform regular safety & maintenance checks by inspecting machinery to determine any repair need.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains accurate inventory and reports discrepancies.
