Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a dedicated forklift operator to support warehouse operations in our logistics network. You will move materials, perform safety inspections, and help maintain accurate inventory while adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating a forklift.
• Forklift certification required upon hire.
• Dangerous goods certification required upon hire.
• Excellent reading and writing English; basic geography knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location.
• Able to operate lifting devices such as lift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch.
• Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
• Perform regular safety & maintenance checks by inspecting machinery to determine any repair need.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies
• Complies with all policies and standards
