Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months forklift operation experience and/or experience with warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Completes and documents required pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment in accordance with customer and operational requirements.
• Verifies correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking in an accurate, timely, customer-service-focused manner.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and product security; supports cycle counts and physical counts as directed.
