Job summary

Lyons Magnus in Fresno, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely handle incoming and outgoing material in our warehouse and production areas. You will load/unload pallets, rotate stock, and assist with trailer loading under supervision.

This temp-to-hire role offers OT and weekend work with compensation of $19.00 per hour plus shift differential. A high school diploma, RF/WMS experience, and forklift proficiency are required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience.
• RF/WMS experience required.
• Forklift classes 1–5 experience including double‑deep high‑reach, standup, double walkie riders, electric and LP forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.
• Maneuvers loads and unloads pallets manually and with forklift.
• Loads trailers with pre‑determined patterns for weight distribution.
• Uses an RF scanner to support picking, staging orders, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Stores and rotates stock in correct locations with minimal variance.
