CEVA Logistics in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator I for the day shift. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to receive, store, and fulfill orders, while ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance.

The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and teamwork within a safety-conscious warehouse environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment (electric pallet jack, stand-up/sit-down forklift).
• Must meet all PPE requirements.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks or conveyors.
• Safely operate forklifts to move, transport and stack materials.
• Sort and build products on pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Apply shrink wrap to pallets using machinery.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain storage-location accuracy via daily cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Handle other distribution tasks as needed to meet demand.
• Follow OSHA safety rules at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
