Join to apply for the Forklift Operator I 1st Shift role at Schwan's Company

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm -- 6 am
Shift: 1st
Location: Must be available to work at both our Pasadena and Deer Park plants as needed

This is a full-time position within our manufacturing facility with opportunities for advancement!

What We Need From You

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older, 0-1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and documentation
• Ability to operate forklifts, carts, and clean-up equipment
• Ability to gain forklift certification and complete cart driver training
• Ability to work in cold/freezing temperatures and understand WMS and SAP systems
• Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and follow safety policies
• Use of PPE is required
