Job summary

Suja Life in Oceanside, CA is seeking a forklift operator to support HPP/Bottling, Packaging/Packout and related logistics tasks. You will enter transfers in NetSuite/RF Smart, move pallets, wrap and document counts, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a refrigerated environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years forklift experience, GED, forklift certification, and proficiency with NetSuite and RF Smart.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required.
• Forklift certified and active certification required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.
• Experience with RF Smart systems and NetSuite data entry.
• Ability to follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
• Flexibility to perform various functions by operation area.
• Experience assisting supervision and operators as needed.
• Strong documentation and paperwork skills.
• Experience as a machine operator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter transfers accurately and in real-time using NetSuite or RF Smart.
• Use electronic devices for tracking purposes.
• Operate equipment safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Report safety concerns or equipment misuse promptly.
• Document and report any work-related accidents or incidents.
• In Bottling/HPP, ensure bin materials and flow maintain productivity.
• In Pack-Out, wrap and document pallets in real time and manage materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the plant.
• Adhere to SOP/SSOP/GMP/HACCP guidelines and safety protocols.
