Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Non-Exempt forklift operator to safely and efficiently move metal forms and concrete products in an industrial manufacturing setting.

You will operate heavy machinery, organize the yard, load and unload from trucks, verify packing slips, and help maintain on-site safety. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth within CRH's global network.

Qualifications

• Must pass forklift training program.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience moving 20,000+ lbs preferred.
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and skid steers.
• Organize product in the yard through team communication.
• Safely load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets and other delivery documents.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and follow on-site safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
