Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Raymore, MO is hiring a Forklift Operator. The role combines equipment operation with material handling, loading and unloading shipments, and moving stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate stand-up and reach forklifts as well as other equipment, maintain safety, and support inventory accuracy. This onsite role offers training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts and other power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types.
• Maintain inventory records and report variances.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy and monitor damage; report issues.
• Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
• Keep equipment and materials neat and orderly.
• Assist in physical inventories and daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
