Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator in New Jersey. The role involves moving stock within the warehouse, loading/unloading shipments, and using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are essential as you support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The shift is Friday to Sunday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM, with pay of $20 per hour plus a $0.75 premium.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or forklift training must be completed within the first 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Move stock within warehouse using forklifts and power equipment.
• Load and unload shipments; prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
