Job summary

DHL in Newville, PA is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments, and operate stand-up, sit-down, or pallet-jack equipment. This full-time role offers a first shift from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $18.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring correct quantity and type
• Keep records and reports for inventory accuracy
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Complete daily inspection of equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
