Job summary

Sunland Logistics Solutions is seeking a warehouse worker to perform manual loading/unloading and general labor tasks with forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck. You will support shipping/receiving, verify orders, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scanning outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and coordinating with teams to ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three months or more related experience and/or training.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain.
• Driver’s License or equivalent.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks with hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Check in merchandise, match PO to SO, and distribute for processing by lot numbers.
• Read orders to determine items to move, gather, or ship.
• Verify cargo count and condition, and note any discrepancies.
• Record documents in logbooks and ensure proper identification.
• Sort cargo by account or location and store by part number.
• Perform required before/during/after operation maintenance and generate reports.
• Scan outbound shipments for accuracy and quality control.
• Identify damaged items and communicate issues to team leader.
