Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support production by maintaining inventory accuracy and relocating stock in a climate-controlled warehouse in the Rexburg/Idaho Falls area. The role requires a certified forklift operator, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and strong safety discipline.

Competitive starting pay ($16.10/hr), 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, longevity bonuses, profit sharing after 6 months, and employee product vouchers are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified Melaleuca forklift operator.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift ensuring safety procedures at all times.
• Keeps accurate inventory by checking quantities, lot numbers, and locations.
• Stores incoming materials properly and performs system transactions.
• Maintains warehouse locations and other storage areas.
• Cleans and maintains the warehouse area and participates in safety trainings.
