Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, load and unload shipments, and manage inventory paperwork at our Kenosha, WI facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities include safe operation of sit-down/stand-up forklifts, scanning, labeling, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, inspection-ready workspace. Prior forklift experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products; stack and transport materials as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections and complete cycle counts when required.
