Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely operate powered industrial equipment, loading and unloading products for shipping needs. You will scan, label, and manage inventory while following safety procedures in a warehouse environment.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills for inventory systems and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Daily safety inspections and paperwork as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels; complete paperwork as needed.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain safety compliance.
• Assist with inventory counts and housekeeping tasks.
• Report incidents to supervisor and follow SQFI/FDA readiness.
