Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking a hands-on team member to support production in our Columbia, SC facilities. You will operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and participate in safety programs while meeting daily production goals.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recycling or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and upholds the CMC Safety Culture.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
