Job summary

McLane Co. in Nicholasville, KY is hiring a Forklift Operator for full-case distribution. You will operate stand-up forklifts to move materials, place products in designated areas, and work safely up to heights of 20 feet as needed.

Qualified candidates are 18+, with HS diploma or GED preferred and forklift/rf scanner experience (preferred). Excellent reading and writing English required to follow safety instructions and perform tasks accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience and RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
