Unilock, North America’s leader in concrete paving stones, is hiring Forklift Operators at our Doswell, VA facility to support yard operations and inventory control. You will load/unload, inspect equipment, and help keep a safe, organized yard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience (must pass certification test).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Basic math, communication, and tablet/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (5,000–10,000 lb.) to load/unload and organize yard inventory.
• Perform equipment checks and maintain accurate inventory.
• Rotate stock, re-strap bundles, and keep yard clean/organized.
• Support process improvements and assist with cycle counts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and teamwork.
