Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator in Mississippi to support our warehouse operations. You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, use a handheld scanner, and help load/unload trailers.

This role requires certification in safe forklift operation and a flexible schedule (overtime may be required). A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills desired.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order pickers to move products and materials.
• Use handheld scanner with accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean environment per 7S standards.
• Contribute to process excellence and quality policy understanding.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
