Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) in Aberdeen, MD. The role involves hand-picking/case-picking up to 45 lbs, loading/unloading shipments, and operating sit-down forklifts. Starts with on-site orientation Tue–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Full benefits and performance bonuses available for full-time employees. Eligible candidates will have a forklift certificate, HS diploma, and at least 6 months of warehouse and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Move stock within warehouse using forklifts or power equipment.
• Load and unload shipments of various sizes.
• Move products to staging and storage areas.
• Assist in physical inventories and maintain orderly work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA/MSDS standards.
